Children’s Diet The Right Way

by Dr Pam Tony

We are definitely what we eat. This is something that you have probably heard ever since you were a young child. Chances are you that you also tell the same thing to your children.

We have to educate them when they are young. It is very important to do this when they are young.

Bad diet can lead to health problem later.

This is something that no one want to see happening to their kid. So stop, and think. What are you feeding your child now?

Me and my wife started to provide our kid with the right diet the moment they were born. It is good to give her a head start.

Milk and formula was the main diet in the start. But once start teething, we feed her with the proper diet.

One of the main things we did was introduce her to the fruit and vegetable group.

Now that she is nine, she just can’t go without her fruit and vegetables.

She’s grown too used to them and certainly loves them. At this point she doesn’t frown at any of them.

Another prudent choice when it comes to childrens diets involves fast food. Steer your child away from this stuff.

Fast food has no nutritious value at all and is no good for anyone.

They will only end up growing out, instead of up. Gaining weight can seriously affect their self-esteem. So don’t allow it to happen.

That type of food lacks proper vitamins and nutrients that are essential for growth. Also, they’re loaded with fat, sodium and cholesterol.

Another key thing is to avoid soft drinks. If your kid get hook on this, they are gone. Never give it to them.

Again, make it a special treat thing that doesn’t occur often. Instead, provide them with milk, water, and 100 percent juice. Let them choose.

This makes it more enjoyable. Good health starts early. Be serious about good children diet.
