Increase Your Childrens Exam Grades With A Q-link Pendant?

I’ve just got back from a educational conference and saw a stand for Q-Link. Their promotional material claimed that by wearing one of these necklaces my children could increase their exam grades.

The marketing material said that we are surrounded by electromagnetic fields from electrical equipment such mobile phones, microwave ovens, laptops and so on. These external electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are said to disrupt the body’s natural electrical fields, or biofield and can lead to feelings of stress, fatigue and if this electrical disruption continues over a length of time possibly degenerative illness. This does seem to make some sense, especially when you read of the studies that show people who live under electrical pylons are more likely to get certain types of cancer, and there is still a lot of controversy about the safety of cell phones.

The manufacturers say that the Q-Link has a resonating cell in it that acts as a tuning fork that impoves the body’s abitily to deal with the negative effects of the EMFs that are constantly surrounding us. Because, so the manufacturers say, we are under less stress from these external stressors we will be able to relax more whilst at school or college, and so improve our grades.

Apparently, when we are stressed, our body's’ release a multitude of stress hormones and chemicals to prepare us for “flight or fight”. The stress hormones have several powerful effects on the body including sending more blood to the muscles (to run or fight), closing down the digestive function (we are not going to want to eat a big meal when the saber toothed tiger comes around the corner), and turns down the higher learning centers of the brain so that we can act more instinctively (All well and good in an emergency situation, but not much help when sitting exams.) So, as the theory goes, the more relaxed and less stressed you are, the more the higher learning centers of the brain will function.

Initially I was rather skeptical, but the literature seemed to make some sense, so I figured I should give it a try, best of all if it doesn’t work and my kids don’t get better grades I can always return it within 90 days and get my money back.
